A: Currently FF4 does not have an install facility. However, we will refer all of our customers to one of our affiliates for installation and fabrication as needed. Be confident that we use only these affiliates because we believe you, our valued customer, should receive only the best in performance products and installation.
Q: Does FF4 plan on opening/operating an installation and tuning facility in the future?
A: FF4 does plan on building a facility in the future but we are currently focusing on sales, customer service, and support. This will allow us to focus solely on helping our customers reach their performance goals and needs with minimal distractions.

Q: Why should I choose FF4 for my performance products and tuning solutions?
A: Because the FF4 team is actively involved in a number of sanctioned motor sports and club events on a regular basis, meaning we personally use and test many of the product brands we sell. This gives us the ability to give an honest evaluation of how the product performs, ensuring confidence when you purchase. FF4 owns five acres of land with a private rally cross course we use regularly for product testing and as our proving grounds. This is also a great avenue for data logging our more aggressive tunes, and tuning suspension and chassis dynamics.
Q: What Tuning Solutions are available through FF4?
A: FF4 has a dedicated and knowledgeable experienced road tuner on our team. We offer tuning solutions via Open Source and COBB AccessPort. Road tuning is one of the best tuning options as it offers everyday-real world driving conditions. AWD dyno tuning is also available if start up or base line maps need to be developed, through an affiliate tuning facility.
Q: Is my information safe with FF4, either in person or online?
A: YES. FastFlat4.com respects your personal and on line privacy. All information, personal or online, will not be disclosed, sold, rented, or given to any other party for any reason. Q: How long does it take for products ordered to process and ship?
A: All orders are processed within 24 hours and in most cases will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order processing. Our products are shipped via Fed Ex and UPS, and many shipping options are available for faster delivery. Should you require special shipping arrangements, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. Tracking information is also available within 24 to 48 hours of processed and shipped orders.
Q: Can I have products shipped to an address other than my billing address?
A: Yes. However, to help control and prevent fraud, we will often require additional information to verify the order. This may include (but not limited to) a contact phone number at alternate address, verification of address in relation to customer information, etc. All information is used for fraud prevention only, to ensure your order and hard earned money are protected.
Q: Does FF4 offer free shipping?

Q: Does FF4 offer warranty on products sold?
A: Products sold by FF4 are warranted through the manufacturer only. FF4 takes quality control very serious and we are dedicated to offering products free of defects in workmanship and materials. However, FF4 does not have total control over the tolerances in which these products are manufactured or shipped. Should you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact FF4 immediately so we can remedy the situation.
Q: What if I need to return or exchange a product?
A: Should you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation. If a product purchased is simply not needed and has not been opened or installed or altered from original, FF4 will try to work out a return or exchange. Q: Can I return a special ordered product?
A: In some cases, yes. If the item is able to be returned, most often special ordered products will require a restock fee and/or return shipping charges. Q: Will my credit card be billed if I order a product that is out of stock or on back order?
A: In most cases your credit card will only be billed for items in stock and being shipped. However, if a product is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or the product is a special order, you may be billed at the time of order. Products that are drop shipped will be clearly posted but it's still important to verify your order details at checkout.

A: ABSOLUTELY! Should you be planning an event, club function or looking to do a group buy please contact us ahead of time and we will certainly make an agreeable arrangement! And of course we will discount products for military personnel for helping us maintain our freedom and keeping our country safe.
