Q: Does FastFlat4 have an installation facility and can I have FF4 install performance products and tune my car?
A: Currently FF4 does not have an exclusive install facility. However, FF4 works very closely with an affiliate tuner, fabrication and install facility along with a leading mid-west Subaru dealership service dept. with one of Americas best master certified technicians. Through these alliances FF4 can offer and maintain the best in pricing, consulting, installation, fabrication and tuning while focusing on world class customer service and support for our valued customers.
Q: Does FF4 plan on opening/operating a installation and tuning facility in the future?
A: FF4 does plan on building a world class facility in the future, however we are currently focusing on sales, consulting, customer service and support allowing us to build a broad customer base. This will allow us to focus solely on helping our customers reach their performance goals and and needs with minimal distractions and great product pricing. We will refer all of our valued customers to one of our affiliates for installation and fabrication as needed. Be confident that we only use these affiliates because we believe you, our valued customer should receive only the best in performance products and installation.
Q: Is FF4 just another one of those stores on the net trying to "jump on the performance band wagon" like many others?
A: Absolutely NOT! FastFlat4 is a Subaru Performance Company created by two knowledgeable and passionate Subaru enthusiasts. While working in the automotive industry and being involved in Rally and many other motorsports over the past 15 years we realized the need for a higher level of customer service and support. In 2008 we pulled out all the stops and decided it was time to offer the Subaru community a better source for their performance products and tuning needs. We founded our company, FastFlat4. At FastFlat4 we have an understanding that every individual has different needs and performance goals in mind. We are dedicated to offering professional, personable and realistic knowledge and support to everyone we work with ensuring those goals can be realized. Q: What Tuning Solutions are available through FF4?
A: FF4 offers the best in tuning solutions. We have a dedicated, highly educated and knowledgeable experienced road tuner on our team. We offer tuning solutions via open source, AccessPort, AEM, TurboXS Utec, E Manage and many other stand alone and piggy back engine management systems. Road tuning is one of the best tuning options as it offers real-world driving conditions. AWD dyno tuning is also available through our affiliate tuner should start up or base line maps need to be developed.
Q: Does FF4 offer mobile tuning, E tuning or discounted rates for club/events?
A: Absolutely! Often the FF4 team will travel to or already be attending an event with a planned tuning day. Should you be interested in a tuning day please don't hesitate to contact us for details and discounted rates.
Q: Why should I choose FF4 for my performance products and tuning solutions?
A: It's really quite simple. Not only are we a Subaru performance products retailer and tuner, we are also very actively involved in a number of sanctioned motorsports and club events on a regular basis. Why is this important? It's important because we use, test, abuse and torture many of the product brands we sell. This gives us the ability to give an 'honest' evaluation of how the product performs ensuring confidence when you purchase. FF4 owns five acres of land with a private rally cross course we use regularly for product testing and as our proving grounds. This is also a great avenue for data logging our more aggressive tunes and for tuning suspension dynamics. Privacy, Shipping, Warranty, Returns and Exchanges
Q: Is my information safe with FF4, either in person or on line?
A: YES. FastFlat4 respects your personal and on line privacy. Any and all information, personal or on line will not be disclosed, sold, rented or given to any other party for any reason. All privacy policies are strictly enforced and FastFlat4.com will take all appropriate steps to ensure the privacy of your personal and on line information. Q: How long does it take for products ordered to process and ship?
A: All orders are processed within 24 hours. In most cases products will ship from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of order processing. Products are shipped via Fed Ex and UPS. Many shipping options are available for faster delivery. Should you require special shipping arrangements please contact us and we will do our best to meet those needs. Tracking informations is also available within 24 hours of porcessed and shipped orders.
Q: Can I have products shipped to an address other than my billing address?
A: Yes. However, to help control and prevent fraud we will often require additional information to verify the order. This may include but not limited to a contact phone number at alternate address, verification of address in relation to customer information etc. All information is used for fraud prevention only, to ensure your order and hard earned money is protected.
Q: Does FF4 offer Free shipping?
A: YES. Some products are shipped free of charge. These products will be clearly posted. FF4 will do the best they can to keep shipping charges low or free for our customers. Though some companies claim to offer free shipping on all products, the shipping charges are often reflected in the purchase price.
Q: Does FF4 offer warranty on products sold?
A: Products sold by FF4 are warrantied through the manufacturer only. FF4 takes quality control very serious and is dedicated to offering products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials however, FF4 does not have total control over the tolerances in which these products are manufactured or shipped. Should you receive a defective or damaged product please contact FF4 immediately so we can try to remedy the situation.
Q: What if I need to return or exchange a product?
A: FF4 will work hard to ensure the products shipped are correct and in working order. Should you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation. If a product purchased is simply not needed and has not been opened or installed or altered from original, FF4 will in most cases try yo work out a return or exchange. Q: Can I return a special ordered product?
A: In some cases yes. Please note that often, special ordered products may require a restock fee, return shipping charges or may not be returnable. FF4 will do the best we can to ensure you are ordering the correct products when ordering special items. Additional information may be needed to help with the order to ensure the special ordered products are correct.
Q: Will my credit card be billed if I order a product that is out of stock or on back order?
A: In most cases your credit card will only be billed for the items in stock and being shipped. However, if a product is drop shipped directly from manufacturer or the product is a special order you may be billed at the time or order. Products that are drop shipped are clearly posted but it's still a good idea to pay attention to your order details at checkout.

Q: Does FF4 offer any discounts or promotions to military, club, forum, events etc...?
A: ABSOLUTELY! Should you be planning an event or club function or looking to do a group buy please contact us and we will certainly make it well worth your time! Often we will offer specials to forum members on the forums we actively sponsor or advertise with. Q: What if I am a regular customer, can I receive a discount on the products I order?
A: Again, ABSOLUTELY! FF4 appreciates our loyal customers and all of our customers and we will always work hard to ensure our pricing is fair and our customers are well taken care of.
