Knowledge is Power.... or Control

Whether you've been in the industry for a month or many years you know that if you're not in the "know" things will be tougher when choosing upgrades or setting your car up for optimal street/track performance.  Throughout FF4's website you may find information riddled all over our pages, we feel that if you, as the enthusiast, aren't informed about the product you're buying to make your Subaru perform better then we aren't doing what we set out to do.  We're not just here to sell you a product, we strive on letting you know what that product is exactly, what it's benefits are and what you will look at when installing it onto your application.  Throughout your experience here at FF4 we may recommend certain products to you over another based on feedback we get from you in regards to what you're going to be using your Subaru for and what your long term goals are for your project.

If you do not see information on our site in regards to the specific product or upgrade you are looking to do please, don't hesitate to Contact Us and we will get back to you as soon as humanly possible with all the information you are looking for with some helpful insights into the project you're about to tackle.

Loyalty is not a Service

I often get asked what I feel is the most important aspect of shopping with a company and what keeps me going back to them for products or services. Generally, one would think it would be product, price or brand "reputation" on the forums or with your friends.  These however, I feel are only what brings me to the company initially.  What keeps me coming back, what drives me to tell my friends about the company or recommend their product or service?  It's their customer loyalty, not service, loyalty.  Customer loyalty means so much more than customer service, anyone can service the needs of their customers, but does the company that you deal with know your name, do they know your project or have your best interest in mind?  Think about this when you make your next purchase, regardless what it may be.  Does the representative you are dealing with ask you the right questions to get you the product you really want, or is he/she just trying to sell you on the latest and best of what he/she thinks would be best for you, when they've done nothing to actually see what it is that you need or want for what you are trying to accomplish.
