I often get asked what I feel is the most important aspect of shopping with a company and what keeps me going back to them for products or services. Generally, one would think it would be product, price or brand "reputation" on the forums or with your friends. These however, I feel are only what brings me to the company initially. What keeps me coming back, what drives me to tell my friends about the company or recommend their product or service? It's their customer loyalty, not service, loyalty. Customer loyalty means so much more than customer service, anyone can service the needs of their customers, but does the company that you deal with know your name, do they know your project or have your best interest in mind? Think about this when you make your next purchase, regardless what it may be. Does the representative you are dealing with ask you the right questions to get you the product you really want, or is he/she just trying to sell you on the latest and best of what he/she thinks would be best for you, when they've done nothing to actually see what it is that you need or want for what you are trying to accomplish.
