Many products sold by FastFlat4 are for performance, racing and are FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY and are not intended for operation on any public road or highway. Always check local and federal laws prior to purchase of any performance, racing parts. FastFlat4 recommends installation by a competent, experienced mechanic familiar with performance, race parts for all products purchased. FastFlat4 accepts absolutely NO responsibility for legal issues resulting from misuse or improper installation of any products purchased.

All products sold by FastFlat4 are FINAL. All products sold by FastFlat4 are SOLD AS IS. FastFlat4 offers NO Warranty on products sold. Products sold by FastFlat4 are covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy only. Exchanges of products sold must have prior approval by FastFlat4 and/or the manufacturer and are offered only for incorrect un-installed, un-opened products.

FastFlat4 accepts absolutely NO responsibility for damage to vehicle, persons or products sold. FastFlat4 accepts absolutely NO responsibility for warranty issues for vehicle and/or products sold. ALWAYS check automobile manufacturer warranty regarding the installation and operation of after market parts/products installed on vehicle.

 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. FastFlat4 has absolutely NO control over changes in economy, supply and demand, consistency of quality, manufacturing, manufacturer price increases or any other issue resulting in the change of prices. FastFlat4 reserves it's rights to change prices of products sold without notice.

Billing and Payments of Products Sold

FastFlat4 accepts all major credit cards issued by U.S. Banks, on line through the Secure Pay and PayPal systems. Also accepted as proper forms of payments are cashier checks, money orders and in some cases bank wire transfers and Western Union and Money Gram payments. NO COD (Cash On Delivery) billing is offered. All orders are billed as they are placed. All products billed via credit card will be sent only to credit card holders matching address, unless other satisfactory arrangements for billing are agreed by FastFlat4 and an Alternate Address Shipping Authorization Form must be electronically completed.

Credit Card payment will only be accepted if they pass FastFlat4 fraud protection measures including the CVV2 digits and the verification of card holders information and address. FastFlat4 reserves the right to refuse or decline a purchase at any time and may do so if any fraudulent orders are suspected regardless of payment type.

Sales Tax

All orders placed, including orders on line by South Dakota residents must pay current sales tax for all products purchased from FastFlat4.

Shipping and Tracking Orders

All products purchased from FastFlat4 are shipped on a IN-STOCK basis. Any products purchased that are OUT OF STOCK or on BACK ORDER will be shipped as soon as they are available. In the event of a product being OUT OF STOCK or BACK ORDERED customers will be notified via email. All tracking numbers will be updated as soon as funding of payments are processed and guaranteed. Tracking numbers will typically be available within 24 to 48 hours of purchase and funding of payment has been secured. Customer may choose shipping options to send All Purchased Products Together, or send as they are available. Products purchased from FastFlat4 are shipped in way of Fed EX or UPS.

Refused Orders

Products purchased and shipped from FastFlat4 are FINAL. Orders refused at time of delivery will NOT constitute a refund and/or credit for purchase. All shipping charges are also FINAL and billed according to order and shipping arrangements made.

Shipping Discrepancies and Damaged Products

Any and All discrepancies must be directed to FastFlat4 within 14 days of receipt of products. This includes incorrect part numbers, quantities of products and colors of products or any other discrepancies. No exceptions will be made after the 14 day period. If products received are damaged notify FastFlat4 via email immediately. All damages must be reported with in 48 hours and include a full detailed description of damage to packaging and/or products, including pictures of the damage. FastFlat4 will issue a Return/Exchange Authorization Number on all approved discrepancies. This Number must accompany all returns or exchanges. All packaging and products damaged must be as they were when received in order for carrier to inspect the damage.

FastFlat4 will make every effort for proper resolution and exchange for damaged goods, however all products purchased and shipped are FOB (Free On Board) meaning customers assumes ownership and responsibility of products as soon as products are picked up by carrier.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges

FastFlat4 makes every effort to ensure all orders are proper and correct part numbers are shipped. In the event you should receive an incorrect part number contact FastFlat4 immediately to resolve the matter and get a Return/Exchange Authorization Number. Products sold from FastFlat4 are AS IS and ALL Sales Are Final. In the event that purchaser decides they simply DO NOT WANT or DO NOT NEED the products purchased, NO returns or cancellations will be accepted. Products purchased and received and in possession of purchaser for 30 days or longer will not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Any returns, cancellations, exchanges or shipping discrepancies of products purchased are the discretion of FastFlat4.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges are by the following terms only.

All returns, cancellations and exchanges must be approved by FastFlat4 and include a Return/Exchange Authorization Number
All orders authorized by FastFlat4 for cancellation are subject upto a 30% restock fee. Once product is shipped it can no longer be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All authorized returns by FastFlat4 are charged a 25% restock fee.
If product package is opened, used, altered in any way or in the possession of purchaser for 14 days or more, it is NOT returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON: Turbo Chargers, Electronics, Engine Internals, Clutch Kits, Fuel Systems, Certain Components and Special Order Items.

Purchaser of any and all products sold by FastFlat4 AGREES THAT HE/SHE/THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HERE AND WITHIN THE FastFlat4 WEB SITE. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM FastFlat4 AUTOMATICALLY GIVES CONSENT, UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
